I've had a request for a cake with no added sugar. Can I have help on a recipe for this or a substitute or any advice would be welcome so that I can cater for this please. Thank you

Hey babe, I personally haven’t made a sugar free cake before. You can substitute sugar for Stevia and monk fruit, these both naturally derive from plants and taste a lot like regular sugar. Other alternatives are honey, maple syrup, agave nectar or molasses. You will have to trail and error these ingredients to see what best works.
