When making a sponge to stack cakes do we use stork or butter? I notice with butter the sponge is more dense? Is there a video for this? π
I made a two tier Victoria Sponge for a wedding cake. I used stork margarine. The two tiered cake held up well. I use to use butter. But now use Stork. π
