My red velvet cake is a big winner amongst my customers & I know your customers, friends & family are going to love it too. My melt in your mouth sponge is perfect for those who want something a little sweeter than a vanilla sponge but not as sweet as chocolate. This recipe will give you nice thick sponges to give you perfectly tall cakes. This sponge is great for cake decorating and I can’t wait for you guys to try this one!
P.S if you want a deeper red colouring to your sponges, simply add more red.
